When I hold my camera, I am invincible. A surge of power sweeps through me as I turn the dials, adjust the lens, press the shutter. When I hold my camera, I decide what the world will look like. It is me that sees life through my eyes, through my lens, through my viewfinder. The world can be anything I want it to be. Sparkles of bokeh, glittering into the night, beautifying the afternoon. Or wild, turbulent waves crashing into the never-ending shores of a secret-filled beach. Or shadows of two souls reuniting once more, with a trace of light outlining their conjoined silhouettes. Or perhaps the just the mere hint of a smile, lifting the corners of a childs mouth. Through my viewfinder, I shape the world.
